I tend to end up wherever the constraint is.
For five years I’ve worked directly with founders and senior leadership, across four companies, with my scope set and widened by them. Sourcing, fulfilment, program management, factory setup, finance support. Rarely the same brief twice.
What I’m actually good at is the zoomed-out view. Take a company goal, break it into workstreams that cross functions, build the structure and cadence that make it deliverable, then hand it over and go to the next constraint.
Electric motors, battery systems, manufacturing. Though the domain has never really been the point.
Work is the honest version of it, including where I fell short. Words is everything else.
